They eventually paid me out the last time this happened, but it did take a lot of back and forth with them. The only thing to do is send them an email and play the waiting game.

I sent them a message through the hit they paid the bonus on. You can't reply to the bonus email since its a no reply message. I suppose i'll probably need to start hunting down some email that they will respond to.
