I ran into a similar issue yesterday. I was crust able to do it but it really burned through my patience at times. Kneaded the dough though.

How did it take 10 minutes? I just did it in 2. I was asking because it seems kind of scammy to need to log in with a gmail/facebook account. So I used my throwaway one that's not connected to anything.
