I have pretty much the same. I drop the min. reward down to 20 cents, because if its easy enough and quick enough its worth it for me. Then I filter out all the garbage with the block list.

I think its just slow.. colleges should be kicking out more surveys by next week.

so would it be 10 between the 10am-11am hour, or if i do them at 10:15am can i do more starting at 11:15am?

For me, I did my first 10 yesterday just before the hour mark. When I tried an 11th accidentally, it said no more were available and to return to avoide a rejection. Then just a couple of minutes past the hour I was able to do 10 more, having to wait again until the next hour (on the dot).

nice, thanks! so it must be within the hour you accepted, so right now we're in the 10-11am hour and you can only do 10 in that hour. and it restarts at 11:01

The PANDA Gods apparently were in my favor today. Got close to $10 in HITs in like 20 minutes and I had a hard time keeping up. I ended up far ahead of my goal today, which is great for this early in the week!

personally i wouldn't set the minimum reward at all because you'll miss out on some batches and qualification HITs
