I have no idea. 2 years is a long time! I've forgotten all the lingo. LOL. The one that trolls hits for you and accepts them. I'm not finding anything just browsing through hits. I've forgotten how to do PANDAS and all that. (Also, is A9 still a thing?)

https://github.com/Kadauchi/mturk-suite has a hit scraper called HIT Finder, a HIT Catcher which is like panda crazy or Turkmaster, and a HIT Tracker which replaces HIT Database to show your pending and all. I'd try it out first.

Panda by right-clicking and copying the link for most scripts. OR if you use Panda Crazy install the Queue Helper script and use the buttons that show up on MTurk or on the HIT exports on the forum. http://pandacrazy.allbyjohn.com/help

A9's are still around but haven't done any big batches lately.

Exactly what I saw when some dude tossed one of those really heavy, giant rolls of toilet paper from the bathrooms off the top level of the stadium, it hit someone in the head below, they were knocked out, the paramedics had to come and carry him away, all while fights were breaking out everywhere and the dudes in front of us were offering to give us tattoos with pens and safety pins...oh and then we had to duck and cover and run out of the stadium as the wagons pulled up and cops started mass arresting people.

Definitely a family-friendly environment indeed!

Why is it that Mturk dies after 2pm EST every Thursday?

I always figured mainly based on work schedules of requestors, lunch time, other things like that. But I've never put much thought into it aside from being bummed when things come to a halt.

I wonder if that's due to the type of HITs that you seek out.

What types of HITs do you all do primarily? Surveys, Batches, oddball tasks, high paying minimal number of hits, low paying higher number of hits, etc. Masters, non masters?

It usually gets slow for me around 1-2pm EST for a bit, and then finally dies (or I get tired enough) by 7-10pm EST. I typically due a combo of surveys and batches, leaning toward surveys due to lack of quals at the moment.

You can catch HITs with HIT catcher in Mturk Suite. Once you install Suite, you can right-click on the accept link for the HIT to run the panda for it (make sure you have HIT catcher opened before trying to add the panda).

yeah, same thing, I don't care for them but they can be an earnings saver some days, and I can't do them fast like some of these other guys on here to make them that good... We need to know their secrets lol

If you figure the secrets out, let me know too. I can make decent on them only because I can force myself to work on them all day long if they're up. What I really want to know though is what is the other great mturk work people do instead of fives. Fives can be a slog but when they're up they're a reliable slog. I usually can't find other work that compares because any good turk stuff usually goes so fast.

I like fries like Checkers where they have that kind of mashed potato filling inside...I don't like crispy McD type fries....I prefer them like me...thick and mushy...LOL

I can usually catch some high paying surveys in the late afternoon and evening. Stuff I've had on panda all bloody day.
I get the best results between 2:00 AM and 11:00 AM, though for the longest I would nap between 5 and 7 because it would die for a couple of hours. Since the first of the year though, there's been more activity during that period, so I've been staying awake.

i prefer batches but i havent been qualified for anything recently
in the morning, i cant seem to catch any hits
