I just searched for about 6/7 of them and most of those reasons could be used...not one EXACT company....returned all of them..not sketchy just gives me an uneasy feeling..i will stick ta used cars for the moment..

I did about 80 of them and half of them have approved already.

I have to stop worrying so damn much! I have so many HITs pending right now that I'm too nervous, I'm still only at 20K. So I was cautious, emailed them, got a very generic response that didn't answer my question, and in my hesitation missed out on a bunch of the HITs.

Yes, they always have weird caps and have gotten even lower lately. Wait for it to go down a bit and try again.
