If it's her Intent/reaction HITs, I believe you can only do so many of those before you are only allowed to do her other HITs. I completed hundreds of them, and then received a qual from her that I can't recall off the top of my head, but some qual related to completing the intent/reaction HITs. Now that I have that qual, I cannot accept her intent/reaction HITs. Every intent/reaction HIT I submitted has approved now as well. I can still do her other HITs when they post, though I don't find them as enjoyable or well paying as the intent/reaction ones were for me.

You've definitely not had the best go of things in regard to quals/blocks/requester frustrations in the past few days. I hope this doesn't end up adding to it! I' bet they'll approve though.
