I just made this script for the one that uses 2 for match and 4 for no match, this pre-selects Match and you just have to check the product to make sure it's right and hit submit. might help some

That's interesting, in a weird way. The telephone interview I have tomorrow, for that Data Analyst job, is for a start-up company that uses targeted questions and proprietary algorithms to help employees chose a healthcare plan. They've been seeing/promising 2-8% ROI for employers and employees love it because they don't have to try and decipher their healthcare options with their manager, spouse, parent or try and do it alone. It's entirely opt in for the employee so, people who wouldn't like that sort of thing just don't use it, preventing complaints.

but you have to be an employee..
I have a friend that worked for amazon, in a warehouse.
his managers told him to wear this camelpak thing so that he didnt need to get drinks all day
then he complained he has to pee more often.
I kid you not, his managers suggested getting a catheter and urination bag so that he could take less bathroom trips and pack more items to ship

That’s actually really cool. I renewed mine a few weeks ago and it took me a solid 2 weeks to read through all the plans.
It sounds extremely useful.
