The telephone interview I have tomorrow, for that Data Analyst job, is for a start-up company that uses targeted questions and proprietary algorithms to help employees chose a healthcare plan. They've been seeing/promising 2-8% ROI for employers and employees love it because they don't have to try and decipher their healthcare options with their manager, spouse, parent or try and do it alone. It's entirely opt in for the employee so, people who wouldn't like that sort of thing just don't use it, preventing complaints.
