yes because the Requester didn't put very good instructions on the HIT

They state, in the instructions, that they aren't looking for a review, to be used on other sites. So, having used the product is not a requirement. Sometimes, you are reviewing things that have never existed in any form that anyone could 'use'.

they use them on Softpedia so they're lying to us and violating TOS really

Boooooooo heartburn What kind of kcup is it? I've kind of always wanted to give those a try because of all the different flavors.

What's making me happy is that my husband is playing a game for me (Nier: Automata)! I've been wanting to play it for a while, but I am frustratingly atrocious at anything that isn't Civ V. So he's playing and enjoying it and I get to see the story and help him figure stuff out and we're both having a blast.
