link your card, then they send your money to the card. you can also link bank acct info, i think. but i didnt do that

What do you mean when you say "cash out to debit"?

I believe it is similar to how PayPal now allows debit / credit card withdrawals. You can link a card to the account, and withdraw funds from the account, to the debit/credit card.

Kind of thinking that myself but don't know people well enough around here to start calling them out on such behaviors.

Same end result, two different ways to get there.

With paypal, it's free to withdraw from Paypal to the bank account, or for 0.25 fee you can withdraw instantly to your bank, via your debit card. Sounds weird, but it's quicker than a typical bank transfer. I believe Circle is the same idea.

I know, confusing...typically you think of a debit card as a way to spend money from your bank, not put money back in...I just learned this the other day with PayPal, and my mind was blown. But essentially, it's the same as a withdrawal from Paypal to your bank, but it uses the debit card (backwards) as they way to transfer the money.

My PayPal gives me two options. One to bank for free, one to debit car (though the same account) for a fee processed faster. I'm guessing it's something like that.
