So, not sure if my info will help you but, I have 2 pc's in the same room. One shows "Once" and "Panda" buttons. The other, they aren't coming up.

PC 1 updated to version 2.1.9 an hour or 2 ago, after 'apply update'. It has "once" and "Panda".

PC 2 stayed on v 2.1.8 for an hour longer, even though I tried to get it to update, even through the play store. It has no "Once" or "Panda" button on a "There are no more of these HITs available" screen.

Restarted both PCs.
