IME, it's fairly uncommon. Maybe one out of every 150 surveys, probably more. Some studies wouldn't close until that point, so that could be why, or it's a large study and they're checking answers.

Well, if I learned anything new last night, it's that this stuff sometimes makes no reasonable or rational sense (like how

Some requesters basically set it and forget it. They get their results and move on, and let the system just auto-approve whenever it's set to.
