Yes, she sits there and doesn't speak. Basically her idea of things going well or being what she wants is "I do whatever I want and no one makes me do anything I don't want to" She had numerous upon numerous therapist meetings that basically lead to her never do anything they suggested, refusing to speak with them etc. They just wanted to heavily medicate her and said she has ADHD and ODD.

You cant, coming from personal experience. Their life has to get so bad and they have to be so deep into the hole that they realize they dont want to live like this anymore and they have to make a change. I used to be the same way. Anti social, angry at the world, no self confidence or self worth, just wasting my days away in a haze of drugs and depression. They have to realize that they dont want to live like this anymore, you really cant force it. My parents and friends tried everything but the change only came when the change came from within.
