Prolific is fun. You see a lot of the same kind of surveys there, but not as many. On the other hand, I've never gotten a rejection or seen any studies that weren't pretty good as far as quality goes. Also, they only show you what you're qualified for so you don't waste time filling things out and then finding out you can't do them.

I got one rejection, but it affects nothing. It was a requester who said don't do this if you have done any of my other hits, and I had no memory of doing any of her other hits, and I did it...but whammo, many surveys ago I found that I did do one of her hits when I bothered to search it out in all my prolific surveys.

I have also repeated some surveys there that I did here. Felt kinda guilty about that, actually. Don't do that anymore. If I recognize one there now, I stop and return it.

thanks. Well, it just depends I think. I believe I don't get quite as many surveys as some of the younger people on here. But in general, I don't see as much available. So, quantity wise, no. But it's especially nice sometimes when Mturk is slow.

Prolific requesters have an option to exclude participant who have reported in the demographic screening questions that they also use MTurk. Of course, that's kind of a broad limitation since if a requester picks that, they're excluding all participants with an MTurk account and not necessarily just the people who did their HIT on MTurk. But it is an option that Prolific requesters have when setting up their project.

Well, if Disney is going to allow Deadpoll to stay rated R, maybe we can get a TV-14 Raw/Smackdown. I'm okay with that....and I'm not okay with that.

for sure! I signed on just to say this! I only get about 10 bucks a month from them but it is safe.

With the success of Deadpool and Logan, I would not be surprised if they actually started a AMCU or something where they could put the more narrow, cheaper movies, that have more appeal with adults than kids.

It really does. I've made 20 pounds in a day and then 20 pounds total for the next week.

I'm not saying you should do this. I"M NOT SAYING YOU SHOULD DO THIS. But, you know you'd get at least half the bonus just by guessing the same thing everytime.
