When did Julian change the amount of questions that should be marked invalid? It now says , "This should generally be between 40% and 70%" did this change when he changed the pay? or is it just this batch?

This batch is the first that I've noticed it. But I also return anything that isn't really obvious, so I'm never within that range and it doesn't boot me.
