Was just testing some more stuff. Was able to make a randomizer so the script would only have a 10% chance of responding, and made it so I could define more than 1 user and have a different smilie.

BTW, I got 2 replies from OCMP75 today about the agents doing a poor job.

Feel free to tell agents you won’t recommend them for more work in the future because they’re so unhelpful. We are using a tiered approach to have the best user experience using only the best agents over a wide variety of circumstances. So if they’re driving you crazy, know that you have a great deal of power in how these HITs go overall as a user.

How I hope this plays out:
All the bad agents lose their quals over the next few days
He raises the pay
I go back to doing the hits again and everyone is happy

Thats good news. I haven't experienced the degree that other people have posted, but I'll start with a Hello and get a reply of "How many tickets do you want?" When it used to be more like, "how can I help you today?"

I'm glad OCMP is being diligent in weeding out the bad apples.
