Nah, it's not us here. I'm fairly confident that the vast majority of our members are reasonable people when it comes to contacting requesters. But I've seen some messages that other workers have sent requesters and it's epic levels of anger over the smallest things. So it's that group of workers for whom I have a strong disdain.
