But you just can't accept them which is better than getting screened out like you do on MTurk. I prefer PA's system overall.

i can see why they don't, because it's not like quals for mturk where they can put up a skill test or something. it's just on demographics and stuff like that and they likely DON'T want you to see the quals so you don't change them to qualify for something.
