It's not if it's a simple question, but if it's searching for booking details, it's way underpaid. We also have to read the entire chat when it comes up. They paid great at .35, not so much at .15.

And the pay change is clearly having an impact on work quality. I think people are just asking random agent side questions at this point to get their .15.
