Not sure why my panda worked and others did not, same panda I have used for virals every time. It seems there are a lot of issues with scripts not working correctly today, amazon must have made some behind the scenes changes that are causing issues.

Dozens of users have reached out because they haven't been helped in these last rounds of HITs. Your goal is to help them, not to ignore requests they make or information they provided previously. We are reviewing each conversation manually and will begin removing agents from the workforce and bar them from future work on HITs. Next round, we will be implementing higher pay and bonus incentives for agents based on user feedback. If you think you've been unfairly removed from the workforce, we will review on a case by case basis. Agents performing well, you will be granted access in the near future to more HITs.
