I don't think non stripping women really understand how little money strippers make most of the time. Ever been to a strip club on a tuesday afternoon? Theres like two girls sitting by the bar texting on their phones.

i've even been to a few in manhattan late at night and there was literally not a single dancer to be found. only one dude at the bar and he was disgusting and i guess not buying anything or tipping anyone so they didn't even bother to put any girls up on stage. i went with 3 girl friends and 2 guy friends after a work event. one guy friend had an annoying gf who wasn't with us so he sat in the corenr watching some UFC fight so he wouldn't get in trouble. all of us girls bought dances for each other, but mostly for our other guy friend because we felt bad for the girls not making any money. that shit must be rough when it is so slow. we ended up getting 2 of the girl's to give us their resume and hired one of them a few weeks later. one of the others sat with us and drank and talked about shopping and dudes and the dating scene in manhattan while we just tipped her for being chill as fuck and fun to drink with. it was a weird night but super fun. i hope they get stuff like that on slow nights often, but i doubt it. :/

on the flipside, a few of my friends worked at some very upscale ones and daytime/afternoon is when they made a boatload of money from all the super rich business men who came in for lunch meetings. i guess it all depends on the location?

i could never strip. i am just not that confident. way too shy. but that would be a great way to pay off school! one of the girls we took a resume from was in medical school and ultimately didn't come work for us because she was making more dancing there, and it was mostly not anything she had to claim on taxes... *shrug*
