Is it just me or are the pizza chains being really unethical lately? Dominos/Pizza hut/Papa have a $3.75 'delivery fee' that doesnt go towards the driver and goes to the company instead. So, you are expected to pay for your pizza, pay $4 and then leave a 3-5 dollar tip as well, so it ends up costing you like $8 to get a pizza delivered. Someone needs to stop this. I need to contact a senator or congressman and make sure the people are aware of very serious issue.

Ouch! I got a rejection today! I contacted them but I'm not hopeful it will get overturned. I remember there was a glitch but I didn't make a note of it or anything so I didn't have much to say to defend myself. UGH. Lesson learned.

I hate that they ssay that so much.
Lol. I love how they say that doesn't go to the driver. It's misleading. The reason they charge it is to pay (a portion of) the driver's wages. It's like saying the money you give to the cashier doesn't go to the cashier. Well, obviously not directly. LOL But, it goes to the bank, which goes into the account, that pays payroll, so the cashier can get a paycheck. I think they do it so that people feel obligated to tip(not that you shouldn't) a higher amount, so that they don't have to pay the delivery driver more than minimum wage. I wish, when I waited tables, the customer checks said at the bottom, "Literally, not a single bit of this goes towards your server." Delivery drivers get paid more than servers and people feel the tip percentage should be the same.
