if you mean the X8's then yes they are closed qual. I don't think they have had a qual hit in a long time.
If you meant the IPsoft then no, they are not closed qual.

what I do to look out for qual hits is, look up the Req ID and manually add them to HF that way if they ever post a hit i can do it will alert me and I can jump on it.
