Not OP but I'm pretty sure it's Amazon the store not MTurk, I got one last week for a $10 GC to review a router I looked at but didn't buy. Haven't received the gift card yet though they say they aren't given out until the survey is closed.

It isn't through Mturk. It's through Amazon.com and they give you a link to a qualtrics survey. It definitely seems like it's a targeted opinion survey though.
