If I had to guess, it'd be the Cosco stuff during the week, and then the classy stuff on the weekend. You know, good 'ol Canadian rum.

I worked in a real Italian restaurant when I was in college. Real like the owner spoke Italian and you treated him with respect like a Mafia boss!

They made all of their pasta in a special machine, drying racks, it was all the real deal. I was just a fry cook there. :chickenleg::friedshrimp:

There really is nothing like fresh pasta. It's too bad that it's such a pain to make. I have one of those pasta machine roller thingies, but I never use it just because I hate dealing with it.
