be more relaxed
Go to a doctor. It's a benzoid and doctors seem to like to hand those out like they're candy these days. Benzoids can have particularly nasty/dangerous withdrawal symptoms though, so they're not something that you want to mess around with on your own. It's prescription only because it really does need to be monitored by a professional.

Nothing like looking through and laughing at a box of early to mid 90s comics.
EVERY
FUCKING
THING
Is a "collector's edition" with some stupid gimmick.
Yeah, they were desperate. The stupid shit drove me to start reading indie stuff like The Maxx, Bone, and Scud: The Disposable Assassin. Very formative times for me.

Oh yeah, and who could forget:

Depends on the doc. None of mine will even touch them for long term use here. My pain management doc does prescribe them for procedures though.

Have you considered SSRIs Peachy @PeachyRider? Might be a better option than diving straight into benzos.

I haven't looked into SSRIs at all yet

You might also find that it doesn't do what you want it to do. It could possibly make it harder for you to function. I can't even take that kind of stuff for my anxiety because I somehow have a super low tolerance to it and even the smallest doses tend to knock me out within an hour of taking them.

If your anxiety is really becoming that much of an issue for you, I would recommend seeing someone about it. Talk to a professional about it and maybe they can come up with a solution that's specific to you and your needs/situation. Self medicating is dangerous and it may not even end up working.

booze is dangerous and can lead to bad hangovers. also the flu
Sure, if you keep drinking giant luminescent margaritas like the crazy Texan that you are. Good bourbon on the rocks steadily throughout the day does wonders.

Also med addiction is some bad shit. No recommend.

THIS.The only reason I've had a script for a benzo so long is cause I don't use them every day and had useless results on a dozen other medications.

Finding a doctor that works with you to find a good solution/treatment plan is always preferable to self medicating or something like that.
