I was kidding, but it's easy to highlight cells and make a grid layout on it like graph paper. It won't look very nice.

Visio is probably a better choice since it comes with the appropriate shape templates for making that kind of layout.

Had a batch of -csats but got a 404 backend error message on em so returned em. Hopefully they'll work for somebody else.
