Has anyone had problems ordering things and having them sent through USPS recently? I ordered factory service manuals for my car through eBay. One seller had the repair manuals themselves, and they were delivered like normal. The other was to a seller that had a spec book, torque specs, that sort of crap. That one was supposed to arrive yesterday but didn't. The tracking number says it's been at the Philly USPS distribution center since Tuesday. It says "In Transit to Next Facility", which from what I read, is a recent addition to USPS tracking pages. I just don't get it. The other order went through the same DC at the same time, was a larger package, and like I said, was delivered.

So I filled the little form on eBay to tell the seller I haven't received it yet, and they responded with.....another shipping confirmation email, same as the one from Feb 28.
