if you do the instant pot, make sure the temp on the milk hits at least 180f to 185f, you'll most likely have to put it on saute low for the last little bit to get to that temp.I tried a countertop version once and it failed miserably I'll have to try making it in the instant pot since it has that easy yogurt button....
Will do! I also heard Fairlife milk comes out really well, so I'll use that one... maybe... in a couple weeks when I actually get around to making itif you do the instant pot, make sure the temp on the milk hits at least 180f to 185f, you'll most likely have to put it on saute low for the last little bit to get to that temp.

my boyfriend says it reminds him of pudding!Noosa might be the best yogurt ever. And I think they have plain. The texture is just... decadent.

it's a starter, has active culture in it. so I also save the whey and freeze it for a starter alsoOk, so @Devil_Dawg idea of homemade yogurt made me take a trip on over to YouTube Land, but the videos I'm seeing say to add yogurt to the homemade yogurt. I'm confused. Why buy yogurt to make yogurt?
you just need a tiny bit from a small container, or the end of the last container you bought Then you could use homemade to add to your next batch (at least I assume you could...)Ok, so @Devil_Dawg idea of homemade yogurt made me take a trip on over to YouTube Land, but the videos I'm seeing say to add yogurt to the homemade yogurt.
