The fucked up part is, amazon could pay more than 10.00 an hour for a customer service rep. but they don't... not because they cant afford it, but because thats what other companies.... walmart, winn dixie, etc pay for a customer service rep.


just like survey makers could pay more than 1.00 for 10 min... but thats just what is generally accepted around here, so thats what they pay.

When I was moving, the vacuum died right as we were cleaning out some of the rooms furniture had been moved out of. I didn't have time to go to Target because we were packing the moving truck right that moment, so I had Amazon Now bring one and it came in about an hour, for no additional shipping cost. Perfect use case for that.

It depends. The biggest problems I've heard from people are that the tortillas crack, or that they fall apart when removing from the dish after cooking. Some of that could be from mediocre ingredients which are available.

To prevent broken and soggy corn tortillas that fall apart, I suggest this...

Heat some oil in a skillet, quickly dip the corn tortillas on both sides into the oil using tongs. Little blisters (steam inside the tortiallas) should appear on the tortillas and they became very pliable. Pat on paper towels to remove the excess oil, then fill with favorite stuffing.

Spraying or oiling the dish before putting in the enchiladas to bake will help keep it from sticking.

I feel like they're pretty idiot proof as is. But I really like the Trader Joe's enchilada sauce if you're looking for premade stuff.

Yep, I have Now here too. It's seriously been a life-changer for me, especially in the summer here when it's like 120 degrees outside.
