Has anyone ever had a requester say that they will compensate them for a HIT and then not answer any emails?

I thought I read somewhere if you use too many different wifi connections mturk might get spooked
I think someone was mistaken. I've turked from my house, my mom's house, my sister's house, my SIL's house and driving down the road and been fine.

Sounds like a rumor or something someone thought up. MTurk's never said that.

non-drivers unite!
I've been thinking about finally practicing enough so I can get a regular job >.> But MIL and FIL are awful, awful teachers. They just yell a lot and give opposite and confusing directions.

No don't hit trees, no don't drive into ditches, you can't stop in the middle of the road, you can't go that slow. Like come on now.

I need to get mine so I can stop bumming rides from people and paying for a cab (no other public transportation here) :(

Sure. Using a different laptop would also be fine.
Real quick, while we're on this topic. The other day we had to go out of town for a couple of hours. I had a Panda on HAM in PC for Zoltars, and nothing else in PC. I blanked and forgot to turn of PC, in addition to my computer itself when we left.

We get on the road, and I'm board because I usually drive, and can't for the foreseeable future. I logged onto Mturk with my phone, and saw a queue full of Z's. I started working on them, and over the few hours we were gone, I completed about 80 Z's on my phone, while PC was catching them on my laptop from home.

Think this would be an issue? TL/DR- accidentally left my home computer with PC running with Zoltars on HAM, and using my phone while away from home I worked on the ~80 HITs that it caught.
