I got capped at 31 today, about 2 hours ago. Then I got jealous of everyone doing Z's, and turned my panda back on (same recent one that I had been using earlier) and I just got a queue full, and I've been working on them steady, queue keeps staying full. So I was capped, got the typical cap message, but I didn't have to wait until a new batch dropped to get back in. YMMV
