Not to mention if anyone has ever done any review HITs, we've seen the trash that gets submitted.

I love the ones that say, I did over 100 hits and only got 3 wrong and they rejected all 3 of them. When I see someone on TO saying they were rejected for missing an AC but they say, "I didn't miss any ACs, I saw them all and answered them right", I want to say, "You know that's how it works, right? You don't see the ones you miss."
I have had many more 'oh I think I did that wrong I might get rejected" moments than I have had having work actually be rejected moments. I have had 2 total, 1 overturned after emailing that I can't remember the details of any longer, and the 1 that still stands was the hit that led us to another survey sight and I was rejected because my ip address did not rejester....What bothers me is that most of those angry workers never take the time to consider if THEY did something wrong. It's always "they rejected me, avoid" instead of "maybe I didn't read the instructions carefully enough" or "maybe I missed an AC". I truly feel sorry for most requesters.
There are many times that the page won't let me go one because I missed a question. Thing is that question was not there when I was answering. It's like it didn't load until later or something. Who's to say that doesn't happen with AC questions? The internet is a strange world. When I see someone on TO saying they were rejected for missing an AC but they say, "I didn't miss any ACs, I saw them all and answered them right", I want to say, "You know that's how it works, right? You don't see the ones you miss."
I doubt anyone screenshots every page of a survey. If the person stated that they read every word and it was a mass rejecter, maybe, but I've seen people with awesome TO ratings have that 1 or 2 turkers who rip them apart for missing an AC , well not missing it, or whatever, you know what I mean. When I see someone on TO saying they were rejected for missing an AC but they say, "I didn't miss any ACs, I saw them all and answered them right", I want to say, "You know that's how it works, right? That's the other thing. I have a requester account, I've done "fun" HITS for our members here only ... I've seen firsthand what gets submitted. I can sympathize with requesters. Not to mention if anyone has ever done any review HITs, we've seen the trash that gets submitted.

My first thought when I see someone routinely complain about rejections is often: you probably messed up and are too :spaz: to admit it.What bothers me is that most of those angry workers never take the time to consider if THEY did something wrong. It's always "they rejected me, avoid" instead of "maybe I didn't read the instructions carefully enough" or "maybe I missed an AC". I truly feel sorry for most requesters.
Yeah, lol. I've made fun HITs and shared only with those on the forum and still had a few people just skipping to the end to get a nickel. That's the other thing.
