they aren't terrible, but I've only done a handful. I always end up taking five-six times as long as it's supposed to, and he emailed me most of the time to say that I let the video run longer than I need to.
I couldn't help it though, because even when a video is supposed to be 1 minute and I take 4 minutes, I honestly felt like I gave the bare minimum possible time.
he was very communicative, and he explained that the reason the videos need to be shorter is because he doesn't want people to feel underpaid.
try out a qual, and a few of his hits, and see if you like it.
he records your screen and your voice, and you basically describe your visit to a website you've never seen before. there is a short list of objectives that you need to hit (you'll see them posted for you) and then he turns around and submits it to the website owners.
