I just did a 10 hour timer one and a 5 (or 6?) hour timer one. Both worked.

Nope. I’ve heard honey and other stuff to make it more palatable to others but I prefer it plain. I just make sure to drink some water or something right after to get the acid out of my mouth and throat.
