I had similar thoughts. I messaged letting them know that I assume they are getting multiple messages, and I apologized for overloading them, but that I wanted to offer them some information in regard to reversing rejections, in case they were unaware of how to do so. I also stated kindly that while it may not be evident from the requester side, that rejections can be taken very seriously by many turkers, and that while AMT doesn't have a requester rating setup, that there are resources like Turkopticon, etc. :)

My mom was diagnosed with cervical cancer just before Christmas :( She had her cervix removed in Jan. Fortunately they caught it incredibly early so she won't even need chemo/radiation so hoping the same for your wife!
