I took my kid to the mall about a month ago, and brought along her toddler sister. we went to outback for dinner, and then hit the candy store.

poor me: I was thirsty. I saw at the register they were 'advertising' mtn dew ice. I said I'll take a bottle.

bought $71 worth of candy, and $2 of mtn dew ice



$2 mtn dew ice was the biggest waste of money I have ever spent in my life; this is considering and accepting the fact that I threw out half the candy when the three of us agreed that some of it was just plain nasty.

that's right.

I threw like $30+ of candy right into the trash and I'm lamenting a $2 bottle of mtn dew ice
