I don't see any other quals except...does greater that 99% mean 100%? I was wondering why it was turning purple in Panda Crazy. Seriously? I've got 99.98% approval. Who the hell has 100% approval!?

I still have it, but it's not much of an achievement - more just being really lucky over the last couple of years.
