I did my first (and only) Brian Z yesterday. Among the videos I saw a delightful clip of a chicken wearing sneakers followed up by a horrifying closeup of an eye exam. Is this a representative experience? How do you do more than a few in a row without losing your grasp on reality?

Think of them as the uncensored side of youtube. Sometimes you get some really gross stuff like the 'popping spots' ones or animal cruelty. I just do them and try not to let them bother me. I've rated hundreds of videos for other requesters at this point so it is just mindless work.
