They are forecasting severe storms for me tomorrow. I'm hoping it stays south of us. I would take storms over snow though. You can keep that stuff.

I understood it to mean that you won't be rejected/penalized if you have a different opinion than other people might have and give answers that are different from what other people might think. In other words, the requester is wanting honest responses and not just responses based on what people think the requester wants to hear.

Not in any official way. I just grab them when I see them (And I manage rental properties, so I got a bunch from people who moved out and left a lot of vinyl behind.)
