realistically, such a terrible message wouldn't do anybody any good; expelling negative energy doesn't 'vent' your anger out - often times you get mad again when you repeat your frustrations as you yell at someone about why you're so mad at them.

For future reference, this thing kinda sucked and even after i finished i still don't know if i did what they wanted me to do. it took me 45 but could be done quicker if they would explain things better.
