Out of curiosity what do you guys pay for your houses, trying to see if I'm getting jacked here.

I feel like unless you're getting responses from people in the same area as you it isn't really going to be comparable. Housing prices are all over the place from one area to the next

Looks like we found a house that fits our family...it only raises our rent 550 dollars.

550 is almost double my house payment :flushed: but to be fair, it's 160 years old, in a small town, and only works for us because my toddlers get along and share a bedroom.

I'm a renter right now because I have multiple teen children I do not want to buy a house when I have 7/8 people.

I live in Independence Missouri which is basically a burb of KC, I live in a nicer part of course and the kids want to stay at the school so blah!

It's basically 1450 for almost 1900 square feet built in 06 really really nice house in a nice neighborhood though.
