I've been noticing it for a couple weeks and thought it was just my computer, but I just installed Linux on my laptop yesterday and I noticed that it's doing it on here, too.

If it helps at all, I'm on Windows 7 64bit, Chrome newest version. Here's what I get for both Delta Dark and the default theme, for both unexpanded and expanded quotes with videos, respectively.
