I just use the radio keybinds script and then use 1 (relevant) and 2 (irrelevant) on my number pad to the right of the keyboard and enter submits. I only have to touch my mouse when I have a captcha come up about every 30 or so hits.

30 secs. Not sure what these games will be about, but I have done a few with them and they are usually pretty decent.

There are times where I wish it was more, like with these penny HITs. I've hit 3800 in 4-5 hours of work before.
