She's at school and she's way more in trouble because she's supposed to ask to have soda 1 and 2 she left trash in her room. I am extremely anal about that. I like my house clean, you do not leave trash laying around especially food trash. If it was she drank a soda without asking I would tell her next time ask. She can have one after she does her chores and such.

It's not the caffeine she's craving, it's the sugar. She's one of those kids that won't eat any vegetables doesn't like anything but wants nothing but candy and sweets. She's like an addict, and she's stubborn if you do that "if you don't like what I made don't eat" stuff she'll go 3 days without eating.Hey your house your rules, I understand that she is not allowed soda in her bedroom.
I just wanted to put my two cents in about ADHD and caffeine. Caffeine actually has a calming effect on a child with ADHD because it is a stimulant so she may actually crave it for that reason, not to be disrespectful. Google caffeine and ADHD
