Darn, careful there girl!I'm alright, I had to change the mower blade (*there was a de-thatching on it, so I had to put the regular mow blade back on)
I was using a wrench and my hand slipped. Knuckle is better, still healing, but I don't need a bandage on it anymore.
I'm always injuring myself, so this isn't much of a surprise to myself or anyone who knows me.
7 yeas ago I broke a toe, while ironing.
The biggest injury we get while mowing is when crap kicks back up at us (like, if we run over a branch we didn't see during the initial cleanup of the area). My kid got hit for the first time in the shin while mowing. I said, "See, this is why I'm always telling you walk the lawn and pick up any branches/twigs you see!"
I don't change my blades. I'd probably chop off my finger trying. I'm terrified of myself when I use a simple box cutter.
