The book I'm reading uses apostrophes liberally to signify plurals, I think because it's using colloquial dialect (da as in dad pluralized as da's).

Yeah, I'm regretting getting on so early, and staying here so late today...I think I started turking a little over 12 hours ago, and I totally made most of my PE during the middle of the day when it's usually slow for me. Been going at it for a while now trying to crack $100, but I think I'm gonna go enjoy some pizza, and get some rest!
