Update: I contacted them and they said I'm doing well so far and won't receive a mass rejection. They said that to be rejected for speed you need to be doing hits in 1-2 seconds each. Also told me when asked that if I'm not sure on something, it's better to flag an image wrongly than to let the wrong image through.
