Humana Preventative Plus plan around $20/month covers two cleanings and 50% payment on most things after $50 deductible. Might be different price due to age, but as long as you get your teeth cleaned twice a year you should be pretty good. Most problems occur from not going to the dentist regularly.
Check out his site https://www.ehealthinsurance.com they compare a lot of plans. You might also be able to find the plan somewhere else cheaper but they seem to have very competitive pricing.
