Yea if you're running a constant panda then the time the requester perceives you spending on each HIT is the time it's been in your queue.
Of course if they wanted to break down the info and whip out a pen and paper they could see how long you actually are working on each HIT judging by the time between submissions.

This isn't cheating or against the rules or anything, it may sound scummy but it's just a way to cover your ass with new requesters who may reject for too little time spent.
I forget exactly what he said in the instructions but this requester gave me the vibe of someone who may possibly do that.

But one rejection isn't anything to worry over.
It happens and just be happy it's not a real mass rejection.
Also they have info on the requester side that shows them your hourly on a batch.
Working from queue will make that hourly look lower and help avoid pay cuts from requesters.

I figure most pay cuts are from when a requester sees those stats and is like "Oh shit I've been paying these pricks $50/hr?!?!!" and then bam 80% pay cut.

Should do batches from queue whenever possible imo.

I will definitely try that next time. Thanks.

All mine approved, even the ones with no websites. Did you make sure it wasn't a yelp/facebook/etc. site?
I really don't think so. I was being careful to only take the ones with legit websites. I emailed a polite "so that I will know better for in the future" type inquiry. I will let y'all know if he responds.

so it just has to be in the queue? or it has to be open in tab from the queue?

so if I keep a 1.20 [redacted] in my queue for 56 minutes and it takes me 4 minutes to do it, they get told they paid me 1.20$/hour?
We should just cook everything on Mturk to death and then guilt the requesters that they are only paying $1.20/hr.
